Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective wraps are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; be sure to obtain a receipt for your tracking records.

  Quality Review & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
